While focusing on meeting regulatory requirements there are key litigation-related considerations that companies need to be thinking about when dealing with regulatory compliance. Whether they are first drafting their policies and procedures, or successfully executing under a well-established compliance program, there are steps that companies can take to best position themselves in the event of a lawsuit.
